Rinforzi italiani - Italian Reinforcement

Impegnato su altri fronti di gioco (ECW, Indian Mutiny,...) ho per un pò trascurato il mucchio di piombo rinascimentale che giace nell'armadio.
Mentre aspettavo l'arrivo di pezzi per l'Indian Mutiny, ho tirato fuori e dipinto un pò di figure Perry, per portare i rinforzi agli eserciti italiani.

Per cominciare, un'unità di tiratori armati d'archibugio: secondo i Perry dovrebbero essere schierati in skirmish ma non me la sono sentita e li ho imbasettati in ordine più serrato. Se poi li dovessi usare in schermaglia, basterà separare un pò le basette....

 Per continuare, ho finito la serie iniziata, pensate un pò, già due anni fa (come passa il tempo) dei soldati armati di spada e scudo, dipinti con i colori e le insegne delle contrade di Ferrara, la mia città d'adozione... Ne avevo già scritto parecchi blog fa (Lame Estensi) ed ecco le contrade mancanti...

Busy on other fronts of play (ECW, Indian Mutiny, ...), for a while I neglected the pile of Renaissance lead lying in the closet.

I compiti per l'estate - Homework for the holidays

Questa estate ha fatto veramente troppo caldo... a un certo punto non riuscivo neanche a tenere in mano il pennello per quanto sudavano le mani. Tuttavia, prima che l'afa ci avvolgesse sono riuscito a dipingere qualcosa: oltre al range della Guerra Civile Inglese che ormai sta prendendo forma, ho dipinto questi meravigliosi pezzi della Wargame Foundry e della Perrin.

Inoltre ho montato questo bel modello del "carroarmato" di Leonardo da Vinci che è quasi perfettamente in scala con le miniature in 28 mm. Pronto per essere usato con le nuove regole di Furioso...
